Help with bioinformatics problem

if you are familiar with the method to solve the following type of problem please let me know, any and all help is greatly appreciated. it is for a friend to complete their phd.

I have a list o 52 ABA-responsive orthologues and I would like to perform some promoter analysis to identify cis-acting regulatory elements and transcription factor binding sites in these genes
